Shipping policy

• For our shipping services we ship via Fedex International Priority or via Post Office.
• Shipment is made from our location in Portugal and we deliver worldwide. Be aware that if shipping via post office delivery times can range from 3-7 weeks (or longer in case of unforeseeable circumstances as bad weather, strikes, customs clearance, virus outbreaks, major disasters, …).
• All sales to European Union include VAT Tax. International customers outside European Union may be charged for taxes and duties upon delivery. Every country has a set of different rules so if you are unsure please check with your local customs to find out any extra charges you might have upon delivery.
• Watches usually ship within 5 working days.
• Our web site will not accept orders for items that are not in stock or not in pre-order. All items that can be ordered online are in stock and ready to ship except for pre-orders.
• For pre-order items on a 50% confirmation deposit and 50% final payment prior delivery be aware the first payment can be made with any payment processor accepted at checkout but for the final payment a paypal invoice will be sent to you.
• Please note that we ship only to physical street addresses and we do not ship to post office boxes.
• Tracking numbers for your package(s) are available upon request.

• Shipping via Post Office Registered mail : $15.00 USD (be aware with this option transit time can exceed 1-7 weeks)

• Shipping via Post Office Registered mail : $10.00 USD (be aware with this option transit time can exceed 1-7 weeks)
• Free shipping in some articles (be aware that some items may be offered with free shipping. If that is the case be aware shipping is made without a tracking number)
