Bull Shark is smaller and thinner watch than my first Borealis diver. It is still automatic and good to 300 m. The reserve power has improved as well. The flexibility to choose hand style and face/bezel color was perfect. The bracelet is improved from my view as well. Love it.
it's really difficult to take it off the wrist. hardly any watch rotation at all since the bullshark arrived. I would describe it as a dressy diver, very comfortable to wear also with shirts, fits my 6.5in wrist perfectly. time keeping is good, loses about 4 seconds overnight when I sam asleep. the lume is awesome, hands, idices and bezel are all on the same level of brightness, which is loud and durable. it is a joy to watch in the dark.
the bracelet is very well executed and fits the case faultlessly, with no gaps at all, it almost could feel like an integrated braelet. clasp is hefty, very solid and with good microadjustments, just abot borderline in its length considering my small wrist, however it does not overwhelm the case and balances out the watch so that it does not wear top heavy.
crown is good, unscrews and screws back on just fine and the winding is fairly smooth, as expectd fom the myota calibre.
bezel operates nicely, it is sturdy and grippy and is the reason for the 4 star rating. the spacing of numbers and markers from 10min to 40 min seems a bit strange, there are 4 markers until 15min after which there are only 3 probably because the other decimals are larger than the 10 and would fall on top of the fourth marker and also despite the allignment of the 12 o clock marker being spot on, overall alignment seems a little short all the way to the 30min marker. It seems like a strange optical effect, I do notice it but I can also just as well live with it.
and oh, that dial texture... very smart. gives the watch its personality and makes it that touch more interesting and different from a black bay. infact, with a date and mercedes hands it does not look like a black bay knock off. so, close enough to perfect for excellent value for money. thanks borealis!
